When will my order arrive?

Because 'Sprinkle Pie Studio' items are all made to order they will take up to 2 weeks processing time to be hand-created just for you. You will receive an email once your order is finished! At this point it will be posted standard delivery, taking 3-5 days.

As I will have to put in the work to make your order from scratch, I do not offer refunds. However, if there is an issues with the fit/sizing, I am happy to correct it free of charge and you will only have to pay for the postage to return your order to me.

While I may not be able to fulfil every request, items being made to order does mean a lot of extra things could be changed or added for a small extra cost. You can either leave a note during checkout or directly email or phone managerial. In either case we will respond to your query before creating your products.
